我覺得這個「常常跟自己對話」的做筆記習慣對我自己來說非常有幫助，從功利層面來看，我在部落格裡、書籍裡的許多想法、綱要，都是這樣想出來的；而從精神層面來看，這樣的筆記方式讓我真的去深入挖掘自己、反省自己，去發現那些自己還不知道的想法，也去修正那些還可以更好的可能性。
