As of 9/15/2014, this timeline is not complete or finished. It is a work in progress I am publicizing it in the hopes that people will message me to help me fill in the holes in the narrative, add things that I missed and correct any mistakes that I might have made.
Depression Quest was released as a web browser game. Zoe Quinn also submits the game to Steam to be greenlit. She withdrew the game from the greenlight process after a few weeks, after receiving negative feedback.
Zoe Quinn pulled Depression Quest off steam greenlight, probably around Feb 23, 2013, when she gave a post-mortem of the game in Burlington, VT.
Eron Gjoni and Zoe Quinn met on OKcupid and began dating on Eron's birthday (I can't find his exact birthday listed anywhere).
Somebody using the handle tobacky_vapor posted to the CWCwiki forum that they want manufacture a conflict between SJWs and WizardChan.
Zoe Quinn submits Depression Quest to Steam Greenlight a second time. It is met with strong support and no abuse in the comments of the greenlight page, but Zoe alleges that WizardChan attacked her.
Somebody posts that they don't like Depression Quest or Zoe Quinn on WizardChan. Zoe will eventually throw a hissy fit over this.
Zoe Quinn alleges that people on WizardChan don't like her. Also, she alleges that somebody from WizardChan called her cell phone and masturbated into it with her on the line, so she had to change her phone number. If the call was made, there is no support for the claim that the call came from a WizardChan member.
Zoe Quinn tweets screen caps of the two offensive Wizardchan posts about her. In interviews she says that these posts were brought to her attention when somebody emailed her about it. The posts were not sent to her and the author of the posts would have expected the posts to never be read by Zoe unless somebody sent screen caps of the messages to her.
WizardChan members start to get hacked, doxxed and the administrators start receiving death threats.
The Escapist publishes their article on the two mean messages about Zoe Quinn on WizardChan. Zoe also asserts that she received sexually harassing phone calls from somebody from WizardChan. The escapist will later change their editorial policy and amend this article to reflect that they have not verified any of Zoe's claims.
Many news outlets publish stories from Zoe's perspective, without verifying her claims or even checking WizardChan to see what is happening there.
Nathan Grayson wrote an article for Rock Paper Shotgun titled, "Admission Quest: Valve Greenlights 50 More Games". The title is a reference to Depression quest, which Grayson goes out of his way to mention as a standout and calls it a "powerful Twine darling". The only image in the article is from Depression Quest and the title of the article is a reference to Depression Quest. Was this corrupt? We have no evidence that Zoe and Nathan were sleeping together before or around the time of January 8, so probably not. They did sleep together later, though, in late March. It is possible that Grayson wrote this article in order to help him seduce Zoe. An appearance of impropriety exists, so this is categorized as possible corruption rather than as a corrupt action. I have found no evidence that Rock Paper Shotgun has addressed this appearance of impropriety directly.
Zoe raided TFYC by doxing them, having them banned on Twitter, smearing them in the press and running DDoS attacks on their web site.
Eron & Zoe go to Indie Cade East together to exhibit Zoe's new game. While there, Eron shows Robin Arnott how neural networks work and Zoe wins a contest judged by her co-developer Maya Kramer and her lover Robin Arnott (although we don't know if they were sleeping together until the Polaris Game Jam).
Zoe tells Eron that she loves him. He doesn't say it back, so she cheats on him.
Eron & Zoe work on a game together. The game might possibly be about fathers fighting each other.
Zoe & Robin Arnott hook up during the Polaris Game Jam. I do not have the exact dates of the Game Jam, so the dates are approximate here. All I have to go on is 'late March'.
Zoe Quinn hooks up with Josh Boggs at the Game Developers Conference (GDC), before Eron arrives at the conference (the first day)
Eron arrives at the GDC a day after Zoe arrives.
This YouTube video shows Zoe Quinn and Nathan Grayson hanging out with friends in a bedroom at the GDC. They don't have sex in the video (What did you expect? Pervert!).
Nathan Grayson reports on Zoe Quinn's participation in the Polaris Game Jam. Kotaku will later claim that Nathan wasn't influenced by his relationship with Zoe when he was writing this article.

Josh Boggs hires Zoe Quinn to do narrative design at Loveshack.
Eron has his first panic attack.
Zoe claims that she had 3 friends crashing on her couch from Texas so that Eron would not visit. In reality, she had one lover over. That lover was Nathan Grayson, a Rock Paper Shotgun and Kotaku writer.
Zoe and Eron Gjoni break up for a little while (timeline on this is a bit hazy, click more for details).

Eron Gjoni and Zoe Quinn get back together after taking a break between May and June.

Eron Gjoni discovers that Zoe has been cheating on him with 5 different guys.
Eron flies back to Boston alone and stays with a friend.
Eron left some nice headsets at Zoe's place and she denies having them when he asks for them back.
In the wake of Robin Williams suicide, Zoe releases Depression Quest for free. Many allege that Zoe is exploiting Robin Williams suicide to market her game and advance her career.
Eron Gjoni publishes The Zoe Post, which exposes some conflicts of interest. This post was originally intended for Something Awful and Penny Arcade, but the moderators censored it, because anything that makse feminists look bad is censored in all forums.
At some point after Eron's The Zoe Post was published on August 16 but before August 18, Mundane Matt published a video called "Hell hath no fury like a lover's scorn", which Zoe Quinn filed a DMCA against because he used an image from her game. The image was fair use, so the video was re-uploaded on August 18.
The Internet Aristocrat uploads a video titled, "Quinnspiracy Theory: The Five Guys Saga". It outlines the problems presented by Zoe Quinn in the gaming industry, linking The Zoe Post to her past actions.
Zoe Quinn posts a response to Eron's The Zoe Post on her tumblr.
A Twitter user by the name of Chloe (cvankeeken) confronts Zoe on Twitter, claiming that Zoe stole her boyfriend deliberately. Chloe says that she told Zoe they were together and Zoe slept with him anyway. It is not clear which of Zoe's lovers was in a relationship with Chloe.
Zoe claimed that the /v/ 4chan subforum hacked her tumblr account and doxxed her. This is later proven to be false.
Kotaku ends their internal investigation into whether or not Nathan Grayson traded positive coverage of Zoe Quinn for sex. They say he didn't do it.
Reddit created a comment graveyard when it began censoring all comments about Zoe Quinn. This would be expanded to remove all posts about these incidents and even the removal of entire subreddits about gamergate issues.
Vice publishes an interview with Eron Gjoni.
After a lot of arguments between the community members and the editors of the Escapist, Alexander Macris announces a change in policy and edits the Escapist article regarding Zoe Quinn and WizardChan, from Dec 13, 2014.
During an AMA on Reddit, Julian Assange was asked a question by ShaskaOtselot. ShaskaOtselot was banned the day before, for participating in a gamergate conversation. Julian Assange takes a stand for gamers on Twitter.
Zoe Quinn wrote an article for Cracked magazine, where she re-iterates her claims that her sex life is a private matter and that she is the victim of all of the doxxing and harassment and abuse. As this timeline shows, that is a tenuous claim.
