this consoel had revolutionary processing power and a unique processing architecture that allowed iot to eb cheaply manufactured and yet render HD games with relative ease, the consoel had a massice 250 Gb of storage and it was fully designed for online gameplay. the controller was revamped and the console had support for HDMI output, it was the first consoel to be able to make use of peopels HDMI T.V which had just flooded the market.

this consoel had much of the same features as the xbox 360, although it did have the advantage of using blue-ray discs whcih soudl store 25Gb of data each! this means the games coudl have bigger textures, maps and more objects, the only limmit being the compute power fo the console. It also had bluetooth, micro USB connectors and 250 Gb of storage, on the plus side both the PS3 and the Xbox 360 had support for USb storage so players can store their games after they have finished.
