Czech Republic Senate Election
Senate elections in the Czech Republic were held on 20 September 2024. Storm Boris had caused heavy rainfall across Central Europe in September. Myanmar General Election
On March 28 2025, Myanmar was struck by a catastrophic 7.7 magnitude earthquake, marking the most catastrophic seismic occurrence in Myanmar in over a century. Portugal General Elections (2nd round)
In the weeks leading up to the 2026 election, Portugal was hit by a series of deadly storms that raged across the Iberian Peninsula, bringing heavy rain, strong winds and rising river levels, causing major destruction. The Portuguese Government declared a state of calamity on 28 January until 1 February, which was later extended twice until mid-February.
