Along with basically breaking everything on the treaty, because he invaded the Rhineland, and Czechoslovakia, while also increasing their military, making an air force, along with other things.

This was caused by Germany invading Poland and breaking the Treaty of Versailles. This move caused the start of WWII since people in Great Britain and France were getting pretty tired and angry of letting Germany capture all these lands.

The bombing of Pearl Harbor was the attempt to destroy the support of American navy. They actually missed a lot of the naval materials and supply (they still hit many things, just not many ships and such). This bombing was also what lead America from aiding the war to full involvement in the war.

Because of Pearl Harbor, this caused America to declare war on Japan, and enter WWII, on the Allies side. Which then they sent their naval power to go to the Pacific, which started the Pacific War.

U.S. declaring war on Germany, was when they started bringing in large groups of their own soldiers to Europe to fight back against the Germans. One of the major battles was being D-Day when the Allies broke through into France.

This was when Japan attempted to capture the islands of Midway, but America intercepted messages and had a large battle that led to the Japanese navy to take major and permanent damage. This was the turning point in the Pacific War that allowed America to stop defending, and start attacking.

This was the last battle that the Germans attempted to push further into the Soviet Union. It was a great humiliation for Hitler as well, but the loss of their great push into the Soviet Union is definitely a bigger loss.

This was the landing of American, British, and Canadian soldiers in Normandy. It was the most well planed and amphibious battle that happened in history. This battle lead to the liberation of France and soon the end of WWII.
