Pikes & Verekers is the successor to three earlier legal firms each with its own interesting history. The three earlier firms commenced in 1910, 1929 and 1972 respectively.;xNLx;;xNLx;Each firm can identify clients for whom it has acted for many years and who remain loyal supporters of the merged firm.;xNLx;As will be apparent from the timeline which follows, the legal firms changed over the years, reflecting social and economic changes within the community.;xNLx;The emergent firm, Pikes & Verekers, takes pride in its past but looks to the future. Pikes & Verekers seeks to complement its underlying general legal expertise with special proficiency in the areas of commercial, property, planning and environmental and local government law.
