The first migration, that led to the majority of Native American populations, was of a single group called the “First Americans” that crossed from Asia to America in a land bridge called Beringia, that existed during the ice ages more than 15,000 years ago. The Boston Tea Party was a political protest that occurred on December 16, 1773, at Griffin’s Wharf in Boston, MA. The colonists dumped 340 chests of tea, imported by the British Company into the harbor. The tea destroyed are all from China:240 chests of Bohea(武夷茶), 15 of Congou(工夫茶), 10 of Souchong(小种茶) , 60 of Singlo(松萝茶), and 15 of Hyson(熙春茶)

"Empress of China" the first vessel to sail from the United States to China, arriving in Guangzhou (Canton) in August. The vessel’s supercargo, Samuel Shaw, was appointed as an unofficial consul by the U.S. Congress, but he did not contact Chinese officials or gain diplomatic recognition for the United States.

3 Chinese sailors arrived at Baltimore on Pallas, by commander O'Donnell on Aug 9, 1785. These 34 of crew members from China and Bengal were stranded on shore. On Nov. 3rd of 1875, a petition was presented to Gov. to complaint mistreatment and asking for government assistance. There is no record of what happened to them after that.
