Friday, March 20, 2021 is the anticipated initial start date for this project. We estimate a time requirement of 6 to 8 months to reach #1 on local SERP and Google 3-Pack. During this phase we are acquiring images, deciding which plugins, extensions and other services to use, and building the initial website.
The basic design of the new website will be published and online in a staging environment for review and approval. All services, extensions & plugins have been inserted. Some page content has been created. NOTE this is only the base website design completion date. Throughout the project, the website design may change, pages may be added and deleted and various services such as listings, virtual tours, appointment system, calculators, new blog articles will be added and functionality may be added, deleted or modified.
The website's blog is the most important long-term aspect of the website to enhance Google's E.A.T (Expertise-Authoritativeness-Trust) requirements for higher rankings. The Blog must be viewed as a long-term project and one which also has the potential to convert your website into a secondary source of revenue. In this milestone, we'll complete Keyphrase Evaluation and article titles for the first 30 articles.
There are many business directories and citation websites in which your business must appear. Omission of some will negatively impact your ranking. The information posted in each one must be identical. Listing audits are an integral part of this process. There are hundreds of listing websites. We'll have your business posted in more than 60 citation websites by this date.
All relevant social sites will be added and audited for accuracy and content, including but not limited to Facebook, Google+, GMB, Google Maps, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and others.
Reviews and interaction with customers online (responding to reviews and comments) has a big impact on rankings. We expect the first formal report by mid-May on our review audit and enhancements.
Well-done blog articles make the difference between the highest rankings and not being found. The first 60 to 90 days after starting this project, 30 or more articles must be added. The sooner they are added, the better.
