This timeline lays out milestones for major projects based on aggressive projections for enrollment. The three lanes represent Enrollment, Staffing, and Facilities. For Enrollment, CGCSC uses an aggressive projection for growth. Additional staff and major building projects are timed based off of the anticipated enrollment growth, therefore dates may shift as actual enrollment is determined each year.
Official enrollment for the school year (ADM) is calculated on a designated date each September.
Walnut Grove Elementary School, CGCSC's 6th elementary, is scheduled to open for the 2019-20 school year.

Renovations resumed at Pleasant Grove Elementary School in March of 2020. The first phase of renovations was completed in 2016. This phase would update finishes throughout the building.
Based on enrollment projections, an estimated six additional elementary teachers, two middle school teachers, and one high school teacher may be needed.

Renovations began at Sugar Grove Elementary School in summer of 2021. This project will update finishes throughout the building, expand the cafeteria, relocate the gymnasium, and add classrooms.

The Center Grove Operations Center is a joint venture between the Center Grove Community School Corporation, the White River Township Fire Department, and the Bargersville Community Fire Department. The facility is home to the new Fire Station 254. It includes space for headquarters and live monitoring for the Center Grove Police Department and a substation for the Johnson County Sheriff's Department. Construction on the project began in December 2020 and was completed in January 2022.
