NACIO EL 25 DE ABRIL DE 1972 EN MADRID
Estudió todos los cursos de EGB,que los cursó entre los colegios de Madrid, Orokieta y La Salle de Zarautz.
DESPUES ESTUDIÓ BUP EN EL INSTITUTO LIZARDI DE ZARAUTZ.
EN EL AÑO 1990 EMPEZÓ SU ANDADURA EN EL MUNDO DE LA COCINA.
DANIEL SE CASO CON UNA MUJER LLAMADA CLARA, EN LA PARROQUIA DE ZARAUTZ
LE GUSTA MUCHO LA NATURALEZA, ACTUALMENTE TIENE DOS PECERAS EN CASA Y LE GUSTA MUCHO DAR PASEOS POR EL MONTE.
