You are Jenny, Patrick Dowd’s assistant. Earlier, your team, led by Patrick, had been invited by Jim Johnson, the general manager of the West Indies Yacht Club Resort (WIYCR), to observe the operation of the resort and present ideas for future plans and strategies in improving its operation. Your team has just completed the visit in WIYCR and you have been asked by Patrick to give a presentation of your observations to the rest of the team members. Your task is to: identify the problem/s that the resort faces identify the reason/s for the problem/s provide concrete examples make recommendations regarding what action should be taken to improve the situation You will be allocated into groups of 3 or 4 students by your instructor. Each group: of 3 or 4 has a total time of 20 minutes to present which includes 4 minutes for the Q and A member should have about 4- 4 ½ minutes to present individually may use PPT slides as visual aids but not exceeding 12 slides should adhere to the business formal dress code needs to be present only on the day of your own presentation.
