ITP resubmits its original response (to ASTF0001), after discussion with ATF representatives confirms that the initial response is sufficient and complete.

Three vendors submitted responses, which were scored: ITP (submitting NGIA): scored 89% of points possible. DRC (submitting SBAC): scored 77% of points possible. ACT (submitting Aspire): scored 43% of points possible. Decision: eliminate Aspire.
