The IT/OIT Advisory Council is tasked with creating a shared vision that will serve Fulton County Schools Information and Instructional technologies throughout the coming years.
On this date, the CIO and Director Instructional Technology will meet to review existing mission, vision and value statements.
On this day, the newly established IT/OIT Advisory Council meets for the first time. In addiition to getting to know one another, the council will learn more about the current technologies, and define the mission, vision and value statements that will guide the developement of the new technology plan.
Because some members of the committee were unable to attend the December meeting, a webinar was set up to share information from that meeting.

On this date, the IT leaders will review the Draft Technology Plan and prepare presentation for Board members.
The facilitator will write the final technology plan document.
On this date, the Advisory Council meets to celebrate the completion of the Technology Plan and create and share in the communication of the plan.
