Sir Walter was born Devon, United Kingdom on January/22/1552.
Sir Walter became a favourite to Queen Elizabeth 1 after coming to England from Ireland.
Ralegh asked the ship builder to make a ship for him. When it was done he named it Ark Raleigh. Later Queen Elizabeth I bought the ship from him. And he only got tallies but no money. The name of the ship was changed to Ark Royal
Sir Walter married Queen secretly
He was awarded a lot from Queen. And he got to be the captain of the guards.
The unauthorised marriage was found out and they locked Sir Walter and was released in 1592
Sir Walter was elected to be burgess.
Sir Walter's house was finished on 1594.
Sir Walter was released to conduct a second expedition in search of El Dorado. The men didn't listen and attacked Spain. Sir Walter's son was shot.
Sir Walter was beheaded with an ax in London, United Kingdom.
