The story sets in the end of Han dynasty where the emperors were rotten and made the country fall to it's lowest point. The last few emperors made their citizens starve, and raised high taxes, that's how the Yellow Turban Rebellion (so called that name was because they all wore yellow scarfs around their heads) started, it was a group of rebellion made of poor farmers who suffered the period of decline. Feudalistic from everywhere were mad at the government, and when Yuan Shao and Cao Cao forms collation with the government and attacks
After a time when they have attacked, an evil man named Dong Zhuo attacks Capital Luo Yang and dethroned Emperor Shao with the new Emperor Xian.
Again, after a time, Dong Zhuo and Emperor's ruling have brought upon many miserableness, and that's when people from all parts of China forces and finally kills Dong Zhuo
But after Dong Zhuo's defeat, there was the issue of who was going to rule China. It was a matter of fighting rather than discussion when nobody agreed on one leader, chaos broke out again while some people were also rising to power such as Liu Bei and his two sworn brothers; Guan Yu and Zhang Fei.
Not before log, Coa Coa have ganged power over the territories in the North, and controlling the North side of China, Cao Cao now held more power over the two other groups: Liu Bei and Sun Cuan.
When Cao Cao felt the time of his glory had came, he and his troops went to attack Sun Cuan which was now the kingdom Wu. But ruling on the north side of China didn't gave Cao Cao much time to train his navy forces, while having to cross the Yangtze river to get to kingdom Wu, Sun Quan decided to work with Liu Bie and defeat Cao Cao. With the best recruit with kingdom Shu (Liu Bie and his sworn brothers) Zhu Ge Liang, he had a brilliant plan of burning Cao Cao's ships. After that, Coa Coa was forced to retreat with a loss of territory and military force.
For years, the three kingdoms have been fighting, until at last, Kingdom Shu's best warrior Guan Yu was shot in the arm by a poisoned arrow. Soon he death brought murder to one of the other sworn brother of Liu Bie: Zhang Fei when he was stabbed while sleeping from traitors of kingdom Shu. Liu Bie couldn't bear the fact his two sworn brothers have died, and soon was also died of illness. Leaving his place to Liu Chan, who had brain issues because when he was small his brain was damaged in a war. Now that Shu was up to it's weakest point, Wu or Wei could give it a final blow and see it corrupt.
So guess who won the war after Shu fell apart? actually, nobody did. Soon after Cao Cao's death, his son Cao Pi took over, he was evil and self centered, and only cared little about his country, and that's when Si Ma Yi took over power and soon conquered Wu and Shu, that was the epic ending of the three kingdoms and at last, Si Ma Yi created the new Jing dynasty and started ruling from then on.
