Panopto will convert existing Tegrity videos. Have faculty clean up their Tegrity recordings before conversion begins.
Board to approve contract. Both parties to sign. Hope to be up and running by May 5th.
All colleges to have Panopto installations by end of May.
SBCTC testing to ensure Tegrity is working in Panopto and that all staff have Panopto accounts. Colleges advised to do testing on their own campuses and get accounts set up for faculty, staff, admins etc.
All colleges to have Panopto integrated into Canvas by beginning of June.

Remind colleges that Tegrity will be gone on June 30th. Make sure colleges know how to get everyone set up in Panopto before then, paying special attention to faculty who will be teaching in summer.

Set up admin training. Put together a list of admins from each campus. Make sure colleges have information on how to proceed. Panopto training is very short and the company will provide it to our admins online and it will be offered multiple times.
Tegrity access officially ends and colleges begin using Panopto.
