Bismark dismisses Parliament
Otto von Bismarck was a strong and commanding figure. He believed strongly in the the idea of realpolitikpeepee. The Prussian parliament refused to grant his and Wilhelm I's desires. So Bismarck decided that he would rule without the consent of parliament and defy the budget they had set for him. These acts were in direct violation of the new constitution. Tiffani F.

Seven weeks' war
It was a war between Prussia and Austria. Russia led by Bismarck won against Austria. Prussia annexed Hanvover and Schleswig-Holstein. It dissolved the German confederation and formed the North German confederation. (Jenny C.)

Franco-Prussian war
Napoleon III, unlike some other rulers, never tried to avoid war. He thought winning a war with military glory would fix all the other problems he was having back home. Bismarck only made the situation worse by releasing a telegram to the press saying there was a meeting between King William I and The French Ambassador. When Napoleon found this out he was infuriated and declared war on Prussia. just like Bismarck had wanted. During the war, Napoleon soon had to surrender due to being old and ill which meant a win for Prussia!

It was a conflict between the Second French Emprie and the Kingdom of Prussia (North German Confederation). It was caused by frustrated Prussian attitude towards the issue of a Hohenzollern candidate for the vacant Spanish throne. It resulted removal of French Emperor,Napoleon III.
