Andrea Sneiderman , Rusty Sneiderman's wife, is hired at General Electric. Hemy Neuman helps her get a job at GE after his wife gives him Andrea's resume. He is her supervisor at GE.
Neuman tells his wife he's going to meet a human resources representative in Colorado, court documents allege. He later admits to his wife that he shared two bottles of wine with the person and that the person had not left his hotel room until 4 a.m. The filing alleges that the person is Andrea Sneiderman.

As he was walking out of the business, a man in a fake beard approached him with a handgun and shot him several times at close range. The man jumped in a silver van without license plates and fled the scene. Sneiderman was pronounced dead at the Atlanta Medical Center soon after .
The Dunwoody Police release a sketch of the suspect in the murder of Rusty Sneiderman. The suspect in the drawing, which is put together from witness statements, wears a black ski hat and a beard, which police say was possibly fake.
