MiFID2

The Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) is the framework of European Union legislation governing investment services which is now being comprehensively revised to improve the functioning of financial markets in light of the financial crisis and to strengthen investor protection. Changes are expected to take effect from 03 January 2017 and the new legislation will be known as MiFID2.
