Known more so as the first Principal of Concordia College, I.F.Grose played a pivotal role in organizing the college in its earliest years.
Hans H. Aaker, acted as the second principal of Concordia after I.F. Grose stepped down. One of his lasting legacies for the college was his development of a commercial program on campus.
Under the leadership of Bogstad, the iconic Concordia building 'Old Main' was built.
